While I was preparing for this amazing trip, there was one lens I knew I had to take with me...the Canon 17mm Tilt Shift lens. It is an expensive lens, but worth every cent. It's not only beautifully built, but it's pin sharp in just about every aperture. It also allows you to control focus better than a fixed lens.
